About Doozy Candle
Doozy Candle creates handcrafted candles and related products in small batches. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and appearance may occur from one item to another. These natural variations are part of the character of a handcrafted product and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, scents, colours, dimensions and other information on our website are accurate. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device, and handmade products may have minor variations.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices, products and availability may change from time to time. We make every effort to keep website information accurate and current. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that your order has been received; it does not necessarily constitute acceptance where applicable law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including an incorrect address, payment issue or product availability concern.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Payment
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and shipped. Payments are processed through the payment provider(s) made available through our website. Doozy Candle does not generally store complete payment card information.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days and shipped worldwide through Canada Post.

Returns & Refunds

Candle Safety
Candles are intended to be used responsibly and in accordance with the safety instructions provided with the product.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials and drafts, and always use candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Doozy Candle is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, failure to follow candle safety instructions or use of a product contrary to its intended purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Doozy Candle website, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, graphics, text and other original material, belongs to Doozy Candle or is used with permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.
